It's the new year! As I write this at the end of 2016, it's difficult to imagine what 2017 will look like, what it will feel like, smell like or be like! Thank goodness for dedicated poets who can lick a good phrase into shape, turn a sweet lyric and help assimilate the banana-ness of our era... Where change seems to jump out at us more frequently than an App update schedule!
You are welcome to share your own verse, song or tale with an enthusiastic and warm crowd of fans. You get 5 minutes at the mic.
All new and established writers, poets, spoken word enthusiasts and troubadours are invited to share their favourite works. Sign up on the door before 7pm for your time at the mic. This an open session and the only restriction is that you need to read it out loud!
