Open Mic Event

Contact: @SpitTheAtom

A beautiful monthly night of poetry, music and writing challenges. With some open mic spots, everyone is welcome to the stage to perform to a fired up and supportive crowd. Hosted by Spit The Atom, a collective of poets and musicians from across London – formed through the Words First London workshops with the Roundhouse and BBC 1Xtra

This group of wordsmiths are committed to producing creative experiences that engage the heart, mind, soul, and cheek muscles. Atoms make up everything, and what is saliva but unspoken words on all things? So, we Spit The Atom.

Expect open mics, live writing challenges and headline acts who will absolutely blow you away. The perfect way to spend your Friday night, pre-drinking on poems (and actual alcohol)!
