Nestled in the cobbled streets of the Barbican, surrounded by velvet curtains and candle light, you will find the FORKED poets ready and waiting to entertain – stand-up performance poetry and spectacular spoken word from across the UK!
Starting our season of guest hosts we welcome Jason Butler of Rhyme Warp fame, who will lead proceedings with a good double dose of swag and wit.
This month features poet, author and breast feeding advocate, Hollie McNish; multi-discipline performance artist, Talia Randall; Slam winner, Jez Prins, and Cornish MC and spoken word artist, Meg Chapman (MCMC). Plus talented local writer, and poet, Alexander Rhodes.
Seat's are not allocated for this performance, so please arrive with plenty of time to guarantee a seat – Thai food served until 9pm!
