A special Erotic Edition of Anthony Howell's Poetry at The Room, 33 Holcombe Road, Tottenham Hale, N17 9AS. Saturday 7th May 2016, 19:30.

Erotic readings by Amy Acre, Richard Scott, Tara Fleur & Stephen Purbeck Howarth. Introduced by Ernesto Sarezale.

The Poets:

AMY ACRE is a writer and performer from London. Her pamphlet, Where We’re Going, We Don’t Need Roads, was published by flipped eye and selected as the PBS Autumn 2015 Pamphlet Choice. http://www.amyacre.org

TARA FLEUR - 'WOMAN OF BONES' - is a published performance poet. She has been digging a deep societal scar with her words across the London poetry circuit since 2014. Her poetry pushes all boundaries of what erotic literature should be. She is not afraid to be totally honest, explicit or raw within her verses. Her bones speak... her voice demands to be heard.

STEPHEN PURBECK HOWARTH is a bohemian dissident who has been writing and performing poetry since his teens and now host his own Youtube channel dedicated to rhyming verse: http://www.youtube.com/user/purbeck1981 He has co-authored one play, appeared in many others and is currently working on a screen play, but actually makes his living posing nude for various artists.

RICHARD SCOTT was born in London in 1981. His poems have been published in places like Poetry Review, Poetry London and Butt Magazine. He’s also been a winner of the Wasafiri New Writing Prize, a Jerwood/ Arvon Poetry Mentee and a member of the Aldeburgh 8. He teaches poetry at the University of Hertfordshire and talks about opera and libretti on Resonance FM. His pamphlet Wound is being published by Rialto in 2016.

Erotic Award Winner for Poet of the Year 2010, Ernesto has performed at a large variety of poetry, cabaret, stand-up and arts events in London and beyond (UK, Spain, Germany, USA, Canada).
