Join Kim Moore to celebrate the launch of her first full length poetry collection, The Art of Falling (Seren), with Kathryn Maris and Jill Abram.

Kim Moore's first full length collection The Art of Falling is published by Seren. She won a New Writing North Award in 2014 and an Eric Gregory Award in 2010. Her first pamphlet, If We Could Speak Like Wolves was a winner in The Poetry Business Pamphlet Competition, an Independent Book of the Year in 2012 and was shortlisted for the Michael Marks Pamphlet Award and the Lakeland Book of the Year Award. Kim works part time as a Peripatetic Brass Teacher for Cumbria Music Service and blogs at www.kimmoorepoet.wordpress.com

Kathryn Maris is from New York City. She has won a Pushcart Prize, an Academy of American Poets award and fellowships from the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown and Yaddo. She lives in London, where she teaches creative writing and writes essays and reviews. Her books include God Loves You and The Book of Jobs.

Jill Abram is Director of Malika's Poetry Kitchen - a collective of writers who focus on craft, community and development - and a member of Tideway Poets. She is a prize-winning poet who writes as well for the page and mind as she does for the ear and audience. She writes a lot about her own life, friends and family but it isn't all true...
