Let's Talk About Gay Sex & Drugs is an open communication forum for anyone to come talk about how they perceive sex and drug use amongst the LGBT+ community of London. No judgement and no villainising drugs for the sake of it, just an open and honest discussion. Everyone who wants to speak gets five minutes and all are welcome, whether to speak or listen. Free entry.

For this event, close to Valentine's Day, we will have a theme (not obligatory!) about the subject of love within the gay male community. And we will have six wonderful featured speakers introducing the rounds:

MARC THOMPSON - The Peer Mentor Project Coordinator at Positively UK, Marc will speak of the love within friendship and how drugs can impact upon this dynamic.

JOSE VIGERS - Tattooist and artist, Jose speaks of what he’s discovered in his travels through the subcultures of both Berlin and London.

NYASHA PARAGON LANGLEY - Talented spoken word artist Nyash gives us his queer rhythms on love and life between the meph lines.

DAMIEN KILLEEN- An eloquent actor and writer, fresh from playing Helena in the Arcola Queer Collective’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Damien explores the very notion of gay love.

RICHARD PERKINS - An unsurpassed storyteller of wildly comic gay invention, rooted in emotional truth, Richard has become a treasured act on the spoken word scene!

PRETTY MISS CAIRO - One of the hottest performance artists on the queer scene right now, Pretty Miss Cairo will be performing some songs about love for us.

Supported by 56 Dean Street, Attitude Magazine, QX Magazine and Unite the Union - London & Eastern.
