Early Evening at the Poetry Cafe with Ward Wood

This event on 20th September 2013 has past.

Open Mic Event

Contact: adele@wardwoodpublishing.co.uk

Join us for an early evening Ward Wood Poets event plus a chance to read a poem of your own at a very sociable event at the Poetry Society's Poetry Cafe in Covent Garden.

James W. Wood will be reading from the latest Ward Wood launch, The Anvil's Prayer, supported by Peter Phillips reading from his witty collection, Oscar and I: Confessions of Minor Poet.

We'll also have time for some open mic from the audience. I know some people like an early evening event (I know I do). Peter Phillips will be reading at 4.30pm and James W. Wood will be reading at 5.30pm.

We'll then be enjoying a bit of after show chat in the Poetry Cafe.

Entry: FREE

Time: 4.30pm (latecomers welcome)
