I think it was watching the sad death of two relatives 'younger than me' in their 40's plus watching my/our {Poet Friend Tony Fielding) who I read with many times...sadly die over a 2 year period and seeing the 'Courage' that they all showed in 'passing on'...

As you say 'sometimes' you have to write it down!
