It won't surprise me if he uses the cold weather to deny climate change. As they say, indoor, bin-door (perhaps they don't, but they should....).

Hello Stephen,
It’s quite possible that he uses the cold, (for Washington winter conditions it is relatively warm) as evidence that global warming doesn’t exist. He’s probably afraid of falling victim to another fake assassination attempt or facing even emptier streets than in 2017. Who knows... I don’t believe it’s the 2 degrees below zero that have shifted everything inward. And the cold will certainly do no harm to his penis size. 😉
