Suffer Fools

Suffer fools and earn yourself a life of suffering,

Smile at the insipid and prepare to hear them sing,

Laugh at the debauched, and you're going to view bare ass,

Stare too long at heaven and your eyes won't last.

Devon didn't read at all,
Identity's been snatched,
This fellow's not the friend I knew,
And nowhere near his match.

Send geniuses to save the day,
We must get Devon back!
It's not exactly my forte,
How to reverse a hack.

I'm used to rhyming 'lower down'
Not climbing higher planes
I'm comfortable with Jack and Jill
Read 10 times - caused much pain

If Devon read it many times
With misinterpretations
What hope does lowly poet me
Have low down in station?......

Though I misinterpreted this poem in my many readings of it, "discretion is the better part of valor". Great work, Mindy.
