Lost and Found Pt 2

Lost and Found  Pt 2

3 am. in the morning, on a dark, dank night

I opened the door to demons, my Soul taking flight

A tote on a bong, filled with ‘Lebanese black’

I’d lost my Soul, for certain there was no turning back

An ‘OBE’ as I’d never had before

Disregarding the warning, written on the door

In exile, the door slammed shut, tightly closed

Locked from the outside, now my exile imposed

My limbic system ripped open wide

Nowhere from the demons, could my body now hide

All light is extinguished, all pitch black as tar

Descending further into 'Hades', my body we are.

Yes, I lost my-self, on that dark night of the soul

Torn open wide, in my life a huge hole

A void that lasted for many a year

Until grasping the demons, screeching in my ears

“I cast out all demons…  Back to where ye belong”

Smashing into millions of pieces, that infernal bong

A radiant white light then flooded my whole being

Exorcized demons cast out, summarily fleeing.

This makes me wonder whether you are still searching. I am put in mind of the u2 song . 'I still haven't found what I am looking for '
Not that any of us can totally say we have found or know all there is to know. I certainly can't But it is good to see you are finding some sort of release from writing,
Nice one

Big Guy that would be great, visions are given/there to shear.

Collaboration would be an asset for both of us.

your wisdom with another to pass on though the years"

Ghaz this poem is different from most of the stuff I have posted thus far. However this year I will be posting poems of a more personal nature.

Some of them are dark... Life is at times.
There is always light at the end of the tunnel!

Well almost always.

I have had over half a century of occult influences' and I will be writing from experience.

I know that the average man/woman in the street will not have had the kind of experiences and teaching that I have, and as such will perhaps never be able to understand and take them seriously.

I am used to being ridiculed, it goes with the territory
Some of my poems 'are' hard to believe that is a given.

I hope that I can dispel some badly held myths and beliefs

I love the imagery and mythology associated with this. It's always my forte.

You and I should collaborate on an esoteric poetry book, Po.

It'd be epic.💪

This is different, dark n dank, true and fatal yet saved.. Another realm, another zone, darkness yet there is light.
