Grenfell Tower
14/06/17
Something stinks about this sacrificial affair
This burning stench still will not disappear
It is not just the tower, incinerated that day
Hundreds paying homage to Ramadan prayed
Many Muslims died in that pyre of a fire
Some told exact numbers, best not to enquire
On their holiest month, as Muslims gathered
The worlds media lied and continually blathered
Sifting through the carcass, dark and skeletal
I became ever more and more sceptical
In rooms piled with ash an innumerable remains
I dare not disclose in my deepest quatrain
Grenfell Tower as a monument will endure
Within the demolished shape of that burned out quadrature
Seared in to the memory of those who were there
Allaah hears each and every prayer

Welcome again Ghaz thank you for your thoughts and commenting.
Regardless of what country we live in the media is globally carefully and skilfully controlled and managed.
As this was at a time of coming together to praise Allah a great number of rooms had several inhabitant’s twenty plus people, in a few even more…
The truth will win out, here or in the next world.
