Ocean and the key

He locked her in a tower

kept the key in a box

with the weight of the ocean on top


She swam in her tears

forgetting she was the sea

and the box was at her mercy

I prefer to think of a broken heart as the Antikythera Mechanism, as it sinks before it is found again.
