Made in Tears

You've never been as sad as me

To the point where you question your sanity

What's so funny about being dead.

Black clothing and crystal tears

Doing nothing for years

Convinced I'll die on this very bed.

And laughing at the idea.

But you have no idea.

What it's like to be me.

To hate the people you love

and love the people you hate.

And you never escape.

Constantly doing the right thing

For the wrong reasons.

Struggling to be sincere.

But living without a care.

You'd laugh at death too.

If you knew the truth.

And no you can't understand or relate.

These shoes were custom made

Wow. A strong poem with a lot of heavy emotions behind it that come through clearly. Hard to forget.
