lunar unleashed

silvern tendrils

soundlessly infiltrating

dark forest entanglements

their black witch finger movements withheld

abandoned unwoven

by undulating wind whisperings

absent from this nights dirgeful

macabre Machiavellian ceremony

spectrally emphasised

limping as though lead-footed

through thickly clinging shadow snow

moonlight seeks to relinquish.

◄ somebody like Joan Collins for example

one HELL of a mistake ►

nice spooky one Rose. I didn't connect with the title until the last line. I'm wondering if you should have used an image to aid and speed up the association?
