Something you were born in

that you can never leave

or pretend its not there at all.

An obligatory waiting

for a certain vehicle

that you will be made to board against your will.

I am not talking buses here

and I am not talking about any possibility

of a return journey.

didn't you know Harry? we're all tough nuts on here! Its probably because you nearer the front of the 'queue' than most of us-hey! don't blame me!

But,in the meantime, get pulling your crackers, before the nice hooded man with the scythe pays you a visit.Do put in a good word for us lot lad!

And a Merry Christmas to you-with bells on!

Cripes folks!
These comments are a bit bland!

I know no one goes in for the Death, judgement, Hell, or Heaven stuff these days, but isn`t anyone concerned about The Big Blank!...the leaving of everything we know or have ever known?.. The Ta ta to all our family - friends?..Not to mention that miserable - and sometimes painful - bit just before we go?...I`m beginning to get the the impression that I`m the only thoroughly terrified miserable old git in the whole world!

(And when you think of the fate of whatever bits we`re going to leave behind afterwards?)

(Just thought I ought to cheer everyone up for the festive season) ?...Merry Christmas all !
