Epiphany

With such fascination, he watches her
Eyes locked on the way the sunlight traces her face

More than air, she whispers to no one, then looks up at him
More than air.

A thought flutters through her mind, causing her eyebrows to crease
For a moment, she is in another world

A genuine smile forms on her face
I just realized, she begins,


My whole entire life I've been readingĀ 
A story to you in my mind.

I like the idea of this very much. Building a story in the mind! Either afraid or inappropriate to say it out loud. We all do this to a certain extent, imagining fantasy to become reality. Well done Rose.
