Firing on One Cylinder

Firing on One Cylinder

I am firing on one cylinder.

Travelling to the Pike of Kinder.

Boats don’t go up hills.

I am hallucinating.

I better take some pills.

I have been storage for eight weeks.

My pistons squeak,

I have had my oil fill.

I am salivating.

I have seen the boat yard bill.

I will travel 16 locks

before I open my box.

Water is coming through the sills.

I am hyperventilating.

I am going for the kill.

I will moor outside Cairnbairn hotel

in my floating motel.

I will use my gills.

I will float on the water.

I will have many thrills.

I will brew a cup of tea

in the boat’s chimney.

I will be happy until

the rain pours down

and I lose my will.

I am firing on all cylinders.

Travelling to the Gateway to The Inner Hebrides.

Boats don’t go up hills.

I am happy.

I have not taken my pills.

This is about my friend from Ardrishaig who is having trouble with his boat engine. One firm could not fix it in eight weeks. Princess Anne uses them.
