On a crowded bus
A bead of sweat
trickles down my cheek
maybe they’ll think it’s a tear

I like that, it paints a picture of disconnection to me.
This is a feeling I am familiar with.
An excellent encapsulation of the sense of isolation modern life can bury us in.
