I overheard a conversation the the gym today about a bloke who'd been caught having a wank in the changing room.
It seems his membership had been immediately cancelled.
"That's disgusting" I said to them.
"What's the world coming to if a bloke can't have a wank in the gym changing room?"
Or a personal best.
Perhaps he was taking a hydration break John?

When I was at the gym today
I heard two fellas scoff
About another bloke that's banned
Who'd pulled his todger off.
