Will I even need a licence

To “drive” a self-drive car?

Can I “drive” it after being

Pissed up in a bar?

 

Can my younger brother “drive” it

Is it within the law?

I'd make sure he was buckled up

Because he's only four.

 

Or my 90 year old grandad

He'd sit with Gran behind?

He had to give his licence up

Because he's nearly blind.

 

And will it have as standard

In this techno-age

A self-drive middle finger

To register road rage.

 

And if my car should kill someone

Inadvertantly

Would it be sentenced 20 years

To jail instead of me?

And would it lose its licence too?

Cos certainly I feel

That it should take the road again

If I'm behind the wheel.
