Stepping off the bus.


Pre-mourning comfort

my only luggage


for a friend in her final hours of life


yet her mind remains intact

those gifted faculties

flawless diamonds

cored with such sweetness and courage


poised for the journey

to  where nothing lives 

in a world of nowhere.

Thanks bigtime commenting guys and likers. On one hand, though I haven't had to be put in this helplessly and awful kind of situation but,
on the other hand, I would do if required

after all, what are REAL friends for?

Paul, so!! you would tiptoe into my boudoir, steal my literary goodies and have it away ( on your toes, that is! 😁)

leaving me, bedtime story-less!!!
