I'm so scared,  

I've been in denial, 

Its through my body now,, 

Old friends tell, 

Me to rest, 

I want the cancer to go, 

But this lockdown has it feels, 

Left me alone, 

I ring a cancer helpline they are closed, 

This blog is my voice, 

When the lights go out, 

It helps, 

I'm afraid of the shadows, 

Afraid of the dark, 

Without a womb, 

I can't breathe, 

The cool night air.......
