Today's challenge

Pretty photos on facebook,

Families galore,

I think of Natasha in prison alone,

I think of the homeless boy I've just seen,

Cold and alone on a bright sunny day in Chorley,

This world is too much for my tiny shoulders to bare,

They are praying for me,

Every religion,

Omnisim it's called,

Let them pray,

If I had a million pounds for every prayer I'd be rich,

COVID along with every other killer disease,

Go,

Go,

SILENTLY,

I lost them,

DAMIAN JOHNSON,

HIV,

38,

My mind is on shoes now,

I'm torn in too many directions,

Help this person,

Help that,

Feed this child, feed that,

So I stare,

I stare at the paintings on the wall,

I look at my poetry for it is a legacy of sorts,

I thank WOL,

For the voice they have given me..
