HAYDN-CLARKE

You called the ambulance, it was you who heard me, scream and call, They restarted my heart again,

In the distance I hear the sirens,

Sometimes our fate is in the hands of the many,

Not the few,

I apologised and you reassured me that was OK,

You, would do it again,

You wouldn't think twice,

To call that ambulance to restart,

My heart.

I love this poem a lot, I interpreted restarting your heart more than just blood and veins, but giving your soul a fresh start, giving color to it again.

That's what makes this poem so unique, it's poetic and beautiful in every way
