BLANKET COVERAGE

This isn’t what you might

think, a romantic episode.

Although there is a sort of

centrifugal side to it – as a

meeting of two parts head

on – a voice, an urgent one

is heard on the intercom, in

a manner disciplined and at

the same time apologetic

for the tragic news it brings

Something in the sky is very

wrong – his cool, disciplined

tone proclaims: ‘Sir, we are

losing control’ the pilot,

striving to stay calm, calls

ground crew at the base:

May-day, May-day, May-day.

Palls of smoke then circulate

I'm charmed by your excellent grammar and use of punctuation. It reminds of the nineteenth century poets. An excellent piece I must say.

Well written.🌷
