I have written poetry over the course of a lifetime, none of it has ever been published, other than on here. I have had a few mororbike articles published, but these were comic articles about the antics of a younger man. still amusing if you like a good laugh. I tend to write spiritually orientated poems most of the time, because that's where I am right now, although I do like to dip my toe into humour every now and again.
The Celtic WItch She treads so softly in this place A wreath of smiles upon her face Ethereal light shines round her head Her dress itself provides the thread Two wrists are bound and soul entwine Speaks she words of ancient time Her hair falls down a mass of gold A future yet, that will unfold A crystal stone to give and take A bond that distance cannot break Blue her eyes like Ocean deep Yet deeper love, to know and keep In that glade sun shafts fall Light meets dark, her holy hall Leafy bower it is her place Spells cast hither in state of grace
