Biography

was born in Russia was writing short stories in Russian for 15 years, couple of them is published started writing poetry (is it poetry? well, starting writing something) in English quite recently All paintings that illustrate poems are mine, mostly acrylic. Please don't hesitate to tell me about any mistakes that you've noticed: more likely than not there's no bright idea behind them, they are just mistakes, English is not my native language after all.

She said “I’m already 40” And held silence Like a tray for donations Luckily I was quick I showered her with sounds of surprise And disbelief She was pleased , but suspicious I thought she was used To similar response – but quicker and louder *** Being slightly ridiculous / Being slightly misplaced / I am standing in one of that places/ where I have no business to be/ Misshapen/ Broken/ Silly/ As everybody else / Being “me” against “life” and “others”/ And a shamanic youth/ with unbelievably beautiful back/ is dancing around me and shouting/ “If you don’t like music – just leave, if you like it – dance like me/ that’s what I call dancing!”/ The problem is – I can dance like him/ I can switch it on at will And I am about to start…/ But then I decide against it/

Wow! I am really happy to meet you here. And it is surprising. May be not. How did you happen to be there in GB? If it is a secret, don't tell. But... it could be interesting to communicate with you. I have some good friends from St. Petersburg. My email is: larzhepa@rambler.ru

Hello (again!) Olga. I have really enjoyed your poetry! Welcome to WOL. Just a tip - if you want someone to see your reply to their comment then put your comment on their poets profile not on your bit. They might miss it otherwise. xx
