Hi there. My name is Kayleigh, I'm 26 and use writing as my way of out-letting my emotions. Feel free to have a read of my poems, I hope they make as much sense to you as they do to me.

Through fear of hurt yet again, I attempt to remain closed, To protect my own feelings, own being, like a thorn would for a rose. In fact the rose alone is the perfect metaphor for myself, It's petals my sleeved heart, my soul, my altogether delicate mental health.
