Come along and meet with others who love poetry. The Poetry Appreciation Group with poet Elaine Cusack will take place on the last Thursday of the month, 4.30pm-6.00pm. Explore the Northern Poetry Library and share your poetry finds with a like-minded group. No poetry experience necessary! There may be an opportunity to share your own poetry writing with the group, if you choose. The group will meet within the Northern Poetry Library which is on the first floor in Morpeth Library at Morpeth Leisure Centre. Please book a place to let us know you are coming. Our first session is on Thursday 29th January from 4.30pm to 6pm. The nearness of Burns night means we'll be reading Scottish poets ... as well as our own stuff?
