Food impacts auto immune and psoriasis badly. I'm gluten free, no nightshades, no spices, no red meat (recently stopped), no nuts, no processed (like nutritional shakes or lunchmeat), no colors or dyes...so I've been flaring (even on the triple play biologic chemo and plasma).
