Face to Face
from a broken past its pining
a voice never far from whining
for her there's no silver lining
still has long lists of her goodbyes
kept a record of all their lies
hot tears bubble in her red eyes
a rip in an embroidered sheet
dust under other peoples' feet
why couldn't life be safe and neat?

Travel Sickness
I sat all day in the corner
awaiting a call on the 'phone
but when it came through
the voice that I knew
was nowhere at all in the room
The nurse that called me much later
knew where I was travelling to

Electroencephalogram.
Tell me how am I supposed to end this?
This feeling in my stomach, is it endless?
I can't say that any of this makes sense,
but this has got me feeling apprehensive.
In my brain all I get is emotional feedback.
It always makes me take a few steps back.
I don't know what's wrong with my brain.

Danse Macabre (The Dance of Death)
Oh streets, your weeping cobbles shine
Against the moonlight, wailing sirens
Beckon those that have succumb
To fill your guttered lines with souls.
Blistered, bloated, wandering lost
